Biftek koji je odstajao dva do tri dana u začinima popržiti na naglo. U biftek dodati vrhnje, svježi chilli, malo soli, papra i vode. Meso nastaviti peći u umaku jer tako ima bolji okus i sočnije je. Posebno napraviti umak od borovnica i dodati ga na kraju.

We enjoyed in very good service, kindnes and excellent food. I am sure I will repeat this nice experience. I hope i'll come again and I am sure I will choose some other food from very large proposed spectrum. All my friends, some of them from other countries, were very satisfied and they promised to come again.
This restaraunt is realy inspiring, genuine experience if you want to feel unique spirit of Zagreb. Dishes are tasty,creative, modern with tuch of Croatian traditional food from the 19th Century. Ingreadians are fresh and home-made from nearby Dolac Market. Place is coasy and warm, simple but tasty decorated.
